Very Disappointed.I was going to eat at the Mexican place down the street than this gyro place. Though the menu looked great, the actual gyro and garlic fries I ordered was otherwise. The tzitiki sauce in the gyro tasted TOO cucumber-y and didn’t have a more balanced taste I have had when I have tasted gyros in Greece, Lebanon, and Turkey. As for the garlic fries I looked so forward to, they were just regular fries. I’m a huge fan of garlic and it was disappointing the fries did not come close to tasting like it, and I paid more for this side option.I would recommend this place, BUT with caution. Yet I will never return here again, especially when out with friends in the Castro. Next time, we’ll just hit up the delicious Mexican place down the street.
